Meditation

I am pleased to announce a meditation group to be held this Saturday, July 9, at 10:00 am.

This will be a 1 hour group. We will review meditation techniques such as declaring our intention before meditation, protecting our energy using the Tube of Light and the use of the violet flame. We will then go into a 30 minute meditation.
