Consciousness Meditation Class Saturday February 23, 2013

The next Consciousness Meditation class and guided meditation is scheduled for Saturday February 23 at 9:30 am. The Meditation group will be held in my office in Doral, Florida.

In this group we will focus on methods to create and manifest our reality such as purification and scripting. In preparation for our meditation work, please think about 1-2 goals that you are working on right now. This can be anything that you are trying to create or change in your life and can be as generic as harmonious relationships or financial freedom or as specific as finding a new home in a neighborhood you like. Give this some thought and please bring your 1 or 2 goals written on a paper to the meditation group on Saturday.

During the first part of this group we will talk about how to clear a home from overall negative energy and negative spirits.We will then discuss the importance of purifying and elevating our energy before launching our intentions in order to improve our chances of manifesting the highest future probabilities.We will follow with a 30 minute Guided Consciousness Meditation and Scripting.

All Meditation groups are non-denominational. Consciousness Meditation is a spiritual meditation. The goal is to let go of stress, preoccupation about the past or anxiety about the future and anchor our spiritual energy in the present. As a medium my spirit guides influence the meditation and guide it according to the energy of the people participating in each group.
