For the Glory of God

One mostly unknown fact about being in service to others through spiritual work is that there is a great amount of time and energy that as the practitioner you must put into preparing yourself and sustaining your vibration high enough to be able to be of service to others.

Many of my clients are interested in developing healing abilities, as well as other types of abilities such as intuition, clairvoyance, mediumship. Going into these fields is a calling. Once you offer yourself for these abilities to unfold, you must take responsibility for sustaining and purifying your energy so that you may be a positive influence on those that you work on. You must demonstrate healings before you can be a healer. You must demonstrate intuitive abilities before you can call yourself an intuitive.

Why do we go into spiritual service for others? We do it for the Glory of God. To Glorify Him, to serve as a living proof of God’s goodness, to manifest God’s plan, not ours. We get in trouble when we believe that we are doing any of this spiritual work on our own. Spiritual healing, clairvoyance, intuition, all of this is God unfolding His goodness, His power, through a vessel, which at this time happens to be you.

God is infinite, unlimited power. When we take on the office of spiritual service to others, we must get out of the way and ask God daily that His Will be done, and not ours.
