Meditation3 (“Meditation3,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.meditation3.com, contact us, or book a session, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and appointment forms: your name, email address, phone number (on some forms), the services you are interested in (for example, Amethystine Healing, Channeling, or Meditation), and any message or comments you write.
• Emails, calls and texts: anything you choose to share when you email, call, or text us (our phone and texting number is 305-814-3388), including prayer requests, which may include the name of the person in need and a brief description of their circumstances.
• Comments: if you leave a comment (for example, on a prayer request page), WordPress collects the name, email address and website you enter, the comment itself, and your IP address and browser information. Your name and comment may be shown publicly; your email address is not.
• Session information: questions and personal details you share before or during a session.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: through Google Analytics, we collect information such as pages visited, time on the site, the referring website, general location (city or region), device and browser type, and an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie.
• Security and spam-prevention data: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA and Akismet to block spam. These services may collect your IP address, browser information, and the content you submit to check for abuse.
• Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit.

Payments: we accept cash, Zelle, CashApp and PayPal. We do not accept credit cards, and we do not collect or store card or bank account numbers on this website. Zelle, CashApp and PayPal payments are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To reply to your questions and schedule, confirm, or change appointments.
• To provide the sessions and services you request, including adding prayer requests to our prayers.
• To send you text messages about your questions and appointments, if you agreed to receive them.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud and security threats.
• To comply with the law.

Your sessions are confidential

What you share with us in a session, consultation, reading, or prayer request is kept confidential. We do not publish or share it, except if you ask us to, or if the law requires it. Meditation3 offers spiritual services only; they are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use:

• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (through the MonsterInsights plugin) to measure site traffic. Google may process this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Security cookies from Google reCAPTCHA, which help tell real visitors from bots.
• Functional cookies that help the site and its caching work properly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

Service providers we use

We share information only with companies that help us run the site and our practice, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Bluehost – website hosting.
• Google – Google Analytics (site statistics), reCAPTCHA (spam protection), Google Maps and Google Fonts (map and text display on our pages).
• Automattic (Akismet / Jetpack) – spam filtering for forms and comments, and site features.
• Grasshopper – business phone and text messaging.
• Zelle, CashApp and PayPal – only when you pay us that way.

How we share information

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
• Customer information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
• We share information only as described in this policy: with the service providers listed above, and when required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep messages, appointment details and prayer requests only as long as needed to serve you and for our normal business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices and rights”).

How we protect information

Our site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or email system is 100% secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through web forms.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal information. Only authorized personnel and service providers may access this data for approved business purposes.

Children’s privacy

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Ask to see the personal information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) to any text from us. You will receive one text confirming that you are unsubscribed.
• Stop emails: you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
• Opt out of analytics using the Google link above or your browser’s cookie settings.

California and other U.S. state privacy rights: Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have rights to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Meditation3 Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program: Meditation3 text messages. We send conversational texts to answer your questions and to schedule, confirm or change your appointments. Texts come from 305-814-3388.
2. How you opt in: You agree to receive text messages from Meditation3 when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us through our website form, by email, or verbally. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving our services.
3. How to cancel: Text STOP to cancel at any time (you may also use UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT). We will send you one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, contact us and opt in again.
