Meditation group for beginners will meet December 4, from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm in Miami, Doral, Fl. This group is non-denominational, non-religious.

In this group we will first review different meditation techniques and we will talk about the use of mantra, sound and visualization in meditation. In the second half of this group we will practice through a guided meditation. The goal of this group is to introduce meditation practices that are conducive to inner peace and guidance.

Meditation relieves many of the physical, emotional and mental symptoms of stress, expands our creativity, improves our mental focus and promotes a healthy emotional state.

Space is limited. Group will be held in Miami, Doral, FL, nearby areas: Hialeah, South Miami, Kendall, Pinecrest, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, North Miami, Miami Springs, Miami Lakes, South Beach, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove.
