Meditation group in Miami, Doral, FL

Meditation group open for those who are beginners or intermediate in meditation. The group meets in Miami, Doral, FL. The group is non-denominational, so we do not follow any religions. We are a Spiritual Group and our meditations are guided by my Spirit Guides.

This group is structured in three parts:

1. We review different meditation techniques and we talk about the use of mantra, sound and visualization in meditation.

2. We practice through a guided meditation.

3. At the end of the group we go around the room and we talk about each one’s experience and ways to improve the next meditation.

The goal of this group is to introduce meditation practices that are conducive to inner peace and guidance.

Meditation relieves many of the physical, emotional and mental symptoms of stress, expands our creativity, improves our mental focus and promotes a healthy emotional state.

Space is limited. This group is open to people outside meetup so please email me or call 305-814-3388 to ensure that there is space available. The cost is $20.00 per session.
