Spirit Guides and Other Spirits

Contact with our Spirit Guides can come in many forms. We may have a dream where we are talking with our Spirit Guide or where we are traveling through probabilities in their company. Spirit Guides may also influence our thoughts and inspire us to investigate more about a topic or they may influence our actions though intuitive thoughts.

Conscious contact with our Spirit Guides take some work on our end. The first and most necessary step is for us to establish a routine of protecting our energy to ensure that we are contacting only those beings in spirit that are our Spirit Guides and not wondering spirits or spirits that vibrate with lower energies.
